Can get better food around China town at a much lesser cost. I would pay this price for very high class fine dining. 20 % tip added to the bill for a party of 3 very unusual.

Nice place for getting dim sums at great price. We were a group of seven-eight and we ate for less than 15$ each (including drinks) when ordering the dim sum sets. It may take a while to get your order ready but it’s worth the wait!

Classic. I've been going bere since I was a kid. Feels has a semi formal atmosphere. I strongly recommend the chicken with cashew nut and the clams in black bean sauce.
Questions & Answers
Dim sum prices vary depending on the fish you order. Keep in mind all the dishes usually only have about 3 or 4 pieces of dumplings per order. They range from $4.70 for small to $9.15 for the special plates. I would recommend ordering 2-3 dishes per person depending on how big of an appetite your party has. Expect to spend about $20-30 per person depending if you order drinks or alcohol on top of that. There are some special items that are only served after 11am when the main kitchen opens for lunch and dinner menu items.
There is street parking which might be tricky to find a spot. I would suggest the municipal garage on Sutter / Stockton; although it's a bit of a walk through Chinatown
